What can I offer you or someone you care about?

Advice on:

Direct Payments & Personal Budgets

If you are a social care user you could receive funding as a personal budget or direct payment to enable you to buy your own services and support. Receiving a personal budget or direct payment enables you to choose the services and support which you want to use rather than other people choosing for you.

NHS Continuing Health Care

If you need personal care as a result of your impairment or condition there are 2 main sources of statutory funding, Social Services and the NHS (through your local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). NHS Continuing Healthcare is the name given to the funding provided by the NHS.

Why choose me?

The short answer would be something like:

I’m an “old timer” with lots of experience, I work for myself so I am not ties to the Council or other organisations, I’m creative with funding, passionate about independent living and I’ve got my finger on the pulse.

The longer answer here:

Living your life the way you want to live it

While I can certainly help you with the management of your support, I can also help you with the nicer things of life or any specific needs, wants and desires you may have.

What about a wheelchair accessible pub or club, accessible taxi to get you there on time, a candle-lit dinner for two or fish & chips on the beach or tickets for the Dome, or maybe a deep tissue massage or haircut at home, or a full facial trimming or mother’s day treat.  Want to hire an accessible van, fancy ‘off-roading’, doing a foraging course, going camping, fishing or need help finding a friend.

I enjoy a challenge and whatever your requirements are I will do my best to make it happen.
